Our Commercial Production Racks are turn-key hydroponic systems for growers ready to operate at full commercial scale. Each one holds 108 channels in rotation. Half grow under the lights while the other half germinate behind them. Then they swap.
The system ships as prefabricated materials to your grow site and includes professional installation, training, and ongoing growing support. Watering, lighting and airflow run on a schedule. Planting, harvesting and selling are still the work, and growing is only about half of the operation.

Our Commercial Production Racks are the only systems in the lineup that grow microgreens and baby greens at the same time. The StarterKit and AutoKit grow one crop per planting. Every level on our Commercial Production Racks has its own valve and solenoid, so you can run microgreens on some levels and baby greens on others and supply two markets at once.
Individual lighting, watering, and airflow controls on every level mean each crop gets exactly what it needs, regardless of what is growing above or below it. Mistakes do not cascade. Harvests do not surprise you.

The AutoKit grows microgreens or baby greens, one crop per planting. Our Commercial Production Racks can grow both at once, microgreens on some levels and baby greens on others, because each level is watered on its own schedule. They also run 108 channels in rotation, half growing while the other half germinate, produce around 108 lb per harvest, and include professional on-site installation. The AutoKit is self-assembled and independently operated. Because of their size, our Commercial Production Racks are installed on site by us, with training, in a dedicated grow space.
For microgreens, high-yield fast-cycling varieties maximize production. Radish (8-9 days), mustard and cabbage (9-12 days), and broccoli (9-10 days) are strong performers. For baby greens, arugula, mustard, and cabbage perform well over 14-16 days and sell as mixed salad packs. Running a mix of both across levels lets you maintain a consistent harvest schedule throughout the week while reaching multiple buyer types.
Each of our Commercial Production Racks uses about 35 kWh of electricity a day across all levels. Exact water usage varies by crop variety and cycle schedule. Contact us and we can provide a detailed utilities estimate based on your planned production mix.
