We ship our StarterKit, AutoKit and supplies to growers around the world.

Lead time

Our StarterKit and AutoKit are built to order. Allow 3 weeks for your kit to be built and ready to ship. Grow mats and supplies in stock ship sooner. Transit time depends on where you are and how the order ships, and is confirmed when it leaves us.

How orders ship

Smaller orders ship by parcel carrier. Larger orders ship on a pallet by freight. We choose the method that fits your order and destination, and send tracking once it ships.

International orders, duties and taxes

Whether import duties, taxes and customs fees are included depends on the order. Your quote or checkout shows which applies before you pay. If they are not included, the carrier or customs broker collects them from you on delivery. For what to expect in your country, see our country shipping information.

Our Commercial Production Racks

Our Commercial Production Racks ship as part of an installation project. Shipping, delivery and timing are set out in your quote and signed agreement.

Damage in transit

Check your shipment when it arrives. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, photograph it, and email us within 5 days of delivery. See our returns and refunds policy for details.
