Two steps stand between your quote and the start of your build.

Reference your quote number on every email and payment so it lands against your project.

Sign the agreement

Your Installation and Equipment Agreement is attached to your quote email. Review it, sign it, and send a signed copy back to eatyoururbangreens@gmail.com. Sign electronically, or print, sign, and scan. Either works.

The quote is incorporated into the agreement as Exhibit A, so the equipment, quantities, and total on your quote are the terms you are signing.

Send your deposit

Once your signed agreement is in, the 50% deposit locks your pricing and starts procurement. The remaining balance follows the schedule on your quote, 40% before shipment and 10% on installation completion.

Deposit and payment instructions
Sign first, then send the deposit. Both are confirmed by email before procurement starts. Estimated lead time is 10 to 12 weeks from the date the deposit is received.
